I believed most of you have received a call from either me or Mr Poh (the new AFT) informing you about the procedures.
This is for those who have forgotten.
Check your mail box (not your email), you should have received a letter from the school. There should be a yellow form (travel declaration form), get it sign and bring on Mon.
Bring report book on Mon also
Bring thermometer EVERYDAY!!!

On Mon, take your temperature at home 1st. If you are well, come to school if not please do go and see a Doctor.
There is no assembly, so proceed to classroom immediately. Canteen is out of bound also.
Please refer to the new sitting arrangement.
I will be collecting the travel declaration form and report book.
At the mean time you will be taking your temperature.
Lesson will be as usual.
There will not be any CCA in the 1st week, except for a couple of CCA.
CCA will resume in Week 2.

Make sure you have completed your holiday homework!!!
Take care of yourself and enjoy the last weekend of school holiday!!!

Class Communication Relay Plan
and
seating arrangement
mr lee send me the document
but i dont know how to upload the document here

1. Seating plan

They will sit in the new order once school reopens.

Any issue send email to tell me(Mr Lee). My email is lee_tze_hoong@moe.edu.sg

2. Communication Relay plan

The 6 leaders need to know who are under their care.

I(Mr Lee) will test out the relay plan next week

Leaders will relay message that i(Mr Lee) sent to them to those under them.

Leaders must make sure all of them receive the msg, either they replied your sms or phonecall.

Once all have replied, report to tell me(Mr Lee).

Leaders must inform me(Mr Lee) within 15min of receiving my sms

dont prank call :x

2. Hand up math homework (10.1, 10.2 & 10.3) to Mingwei on 29/6/09 (monday)
3. New sitting arrangment will be posted soon. Refer to it for your new place.
4. Bring report book on 29/6/09 (Monday)
5. Bring thermometer everyday.
6. Cut your fingernails and hair. I(Mr Lee) will do a spot check when school reopens.
7. Emergency Commucation Relay System -> list is in the blog.
