As Mr Lee ask me to inform you all somethings.


1.Travel declaration - 30 May to 28 June 2009

• Check with your parents if you will be travelling during the period.
• I (Mr Lee) need an answer by this Friday (22/5)

2. Class communication relay plan

• Purpose - In case of emergency, you can be contactable.
• How it works - Teacher will call 6 of you and the 6 of you will call those classmates under your care. Once you have contacted them, return sms/call to inform me (Mr Lee) those classmates whom you are unable to contact.
• The 6 "lucky" students are :
  1. Amalina
  2. Putri
  3. Benedict
  4. Jun Kiat
  5. Jing Yee
  6. Irfan
• I (Mr Lee) will pass the form around on Wednesday (20/5) for you to fill your own personal handphone number. Do check if your house number is correct.

3. NE champs

• Benedict did not pass the interview, I (Mr Lee) need to select another student to be in NE champs with Kelvin Wong.
• The lucky person to go for the interview is Hui Min.
• The interview date will be told to you at a later date.

4. Sports carnival

• You can wear PE attire or class Tee.
• Cheer on your friends if you are not playing.
• Drink lots of water the day before.
• HAVE FUN AND ENJOY:D

5. Dental Service (NEW)

• Its on 21st May 2009 (Thursday)
• Time: 1pm
• Venue: Activity Hall, Level 6. (note the change in the venue)
• All need to go except for some of you.
• Will ask someone to put the list on the class notice board, remember to go and see.

6. Maths SA1 results (NEW)

• 5 students from my band fail!
• Highest in class is 85
• Lowest in class is 8
